A respectful of life and sustainable principle of production!
It acts of a farming technique but also of transformation, which does not use any chemical or synthetic element. It integrates in its running, as much the organic cycles, as the environment and health.
Respectful of the living and the ecosystems, Organic Agriculture is based, as regards of production, on the use of manures and natural fertilizer, generally organic or mineral. The constraints are identical concerning the transformation: all the ingredients must come from Organic Agriculture and the possible added products of manufacture must be entirely organic.
In a very simplified way, Organic Agriculture could be compared to homeopathic medicine. In both cases, it is advisable to adopt a global and soft solution, which includes the organic principles of balances, identities and environments.
This approach is heavy with constraints, commitments and controls, as much on the grounds, as on the products on sale, as well as on all the stages of the production, from the transformation to the marketing!
These very rigorous checks are carried out several times a year, over all the actors of this network, by independent organizations approved by the State. They were set up as well in unexpected manner as deepened, as well on the traceability level, as of the techniques of production, accountancy, organization and even on the manufactured products.
For all these reasons Organic Agriculture must deserve your confidence, in order to succeed in imposing itself, as much to guarantee your health, as to allow us to respect the ground, which has been lent by our children and preserved until today with all its diversity and balances!
